My Grandma ignited the passion in me for cooking. I have always been driven to make high quality food and have always possessed a real desire to please large groups, with large banquets and cocktail parties being my specialty.
My 38 plus years career as a Chef and Caterer has allowed me to experience all walks of life in the hospitality industry being Hollywood actors, billionaires, marketing giants and regular events.
My philosophy is to, ”treat people the way I like to be treated”.

We can organise and manage all your catering needs at your unique location. Whether it's an indoor or outdoor event, we can customise a menu to suit your requirements with catering equipment, ease of service, portion control and food packaging to ensure your event runs on time and to schedule.
Corporate Catering
If you have a boardroom meeting, training day, product launch, or a milestone event, we can coordinate and manage your event with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Kitchen Equipment Hire
We can deliver a rolling pop up kitchen with a portable cooking station, scullery station, bench top refrigeration serving unit, gas bain marie and hot box serving unit.
We can also provide a mobile professional bar with tap beer, cutlery, crockery and all relative equipment supplied.
